Generally, I don't go much over 20-25% - So 120% to 125%.  But it's a little 
bit of trial and error.  Some may work, some may allow you to go larger and 
still look good.  Some designs will look terrible at 120%. 

Give it a shot, experiment and see what works best for you  :)
