You could try Customer Services and hopefully they will put you through to a
real person ...
Tel. 0845 7740 740
Hope someone can come up with something better.

Subject: [access-uk] braille library book collection
Hi all
We are having real difficulty in contacting the royal mail to come and
collect our nine packs of braille library books.
I ring the number and it keeps going round in a loop.
has anyone any ideas what we can do.
in the old days you could talk to a person but, not now.
there are too many to carry up to our local post office.
I cannot get in touch with our local branch Garforth.
thanks.
