HI Andy,

It really does sound like they have sold you some speakers that will not 
work with this soundcard.  I do believe I have some creative speakers with 
my card, but without sightede help I cannot prove this.  Wouldn't you think 
that PC World would have known that these speakers would not work with that 
card?  Just shows you how much these people that sell things to you really 
do know!
