Good afternoon,
I wonder if you Can help?

I have a Hotmail account and I receive the Hotmail a-mail through Outlook 
Express.  

Why does the mail when downloaded generally land in the bulk mail box as 
apposed to the inbox?

I say generally, as it will sometimes go straight in to the inbox.
