  Cobolt calendar watch has a male English voice, and the pendant pocket 
watch
  has a female English voice, though I don't find it that easy to hear.

  Hi all
  Does anyone know of any talking watches that speak in a clear English 
voice
  rather than the quasi Japanese American female one?  Several years ago, I
  had a watch with an female English voice that was very clear and pleasant.
  I have also had a male voice English speaking watch that was also clear.
  However, I can't find anyone who sells these now.
