Thanks for this, I have dun what you said, and now the computer, shuts down with know problem, and comes up on the desktop, when I start it.

Hi Christopher,

Just a note, MSConfig doesn't delete anything, it just stops it from
running.  I don't like that method, since programs can get checked again,
and then come back by accident.

Petrina, do the following:-

1.  Hit the Windows key.

2.  Hit P for Programs, and enter.

3.  Hit S until you hear Startup.

4.  Now arrow down to Juice, and hit the delete key.  You will be asked if
you want to delete the startup item, press D to confirm the deletion.

Now we have one thing to check in Juice.  Here we go:-

1.  Open Juice.

2.  Go to the file menu and arrow down to preferences and press enter.

3.  Tab round to "Continue to run in the background when I close the main
window" and uncheck this box.

4.  Press Enter, and you are done.

If you don't follow the steps in Juice, then it could come back, just like
the evil MSConfig.
