[access-uk] Microsoft .net passport

Hi, does anyone know anything about a microsoft .net passport. I needed to
change the email address associated with my net passport as that email no
longer exists, I followed the instructions and changed the address. It told me
that I would need to follow the verification process instructions of which
would be arriving on an email. It has now been nearly 20 hours and I have
received nothing, I cannot access things such as messenger properly till Ican
verify this new address. Does anyone have anyideas, do you know of whether I
can verify it through the website, what would the address be? I'm surprised cos
normally microsoft is automated so it should have arrived.
Any ideas?
