Hi Sandra

Would I be best deleting the desktop icon first so that I can use the same
hot key?

Barry

Barry, you can create a hot key by locating the application in your programs
menu, doing a context menu or a right click and selecting properties. Tab
twice to hot key field and you should hear none. Type the key stroke you
want, tab to apply, then okay and that's it. You can then delete the icon
from the desk top as the hot key isn't linked to it.

Cheers,
Sandra.
