Getting fed up

Norton is telling me of a virus in an e-mail.

Does not give any options to get rid of it, only a finish button.

After finishing all the messages I have previously deleted I come back in
and I arrive back in the same position.

Had this problem a few times now.  What are you supposed to do, sometimes I
have a delete or quarantine button but on this one I only have a finish
button.

We have mentioned this before, what do I do please.

Getting fed up with deleting same messages over and over again.
