Hi Andrew,
It is a known problem with the update, the solution was given last week on
the list, here it is: I hope it helps.
There's some setting in OE with SP 2. Something to do with viewing messages
in plain text. This option needs to be the opposite of what it currently
is. If it's not checked, it needs to be checked, if it's checked, then it
needs to be unchecked.
Altering this value should resolve the issue.
