Hi Phil,

As there isn't many replies to your query here, why don't you ask this
question to the Talks list at,

TALKS-Users-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I reckon you will get more feedback there.

I'm a Talks user myself and I'm very happy with it, and I do not think I'll
migrate to Mobile Speak one day. I didn't have the chance to try Mobile
Speak, but it looks like a better product than there old Mobile
Accessibility as it's a screen reader; there website says. While Mobile
Accessibility is an interface to your mobile, so it gives you access to only
certain features of the phone which is something I Definitely don't like.
Talks is more expensive than Mobile Speak, if I remember correctly! But,
Talks supports Symbian 80 phones i.e. the Nokia communicators. This is
something you won't need at the moment because you are using a 6600 which is
a Symbian 60 phone, but it is something to bear in mind should you ever want
to upgrade to one of the communicators. I use the Nokia 9210I communicator
and I can tell you, it is a grate device! One more thing about Mobile Speak,
it uses Babel as its synthesizer and some people says that Babel,
particularly in English, is no where near Eloquence, which is the
synthesizer Talks use.

Last thing I want to say that There are demo versions available for both
products.

Hope this helps in the slightest bit.

Cheers,

Amro
