Gerald, This is a problem with versions 3.3.5 and 3.3.6 and Alasdair is 
currently working hard to resolve it.  I have temporarily reverted to 3.3.2 in 
which Webbie lauches oK.  

Incidentally the version ofWebbie which installs with the latest Thunder 
suffers from the same problem.
