HI DJ

We were on Virgin Media cable until a few months ago, no problems at all. However, we have now moved house and initially set up with Virgin.net ADSL on a brand new BT line. They said we should get several megs, and in fact have been up to that speed on a few lucky occasions - usually happens around 3 pm each afternoon! But generally down around 100-350k, pathetic. I have now phoned and canceld the virgin.net account and we are switching to Waitrose broadband. We will be paying more and will have a monthly 5gb usage allowance, but hopefully will get a half-decent service, not to mention free technical support, which will be better than premium rate for sure.
