[access-uk] Re: Nod 32 and suspicious files

Thanks very much, Marie and Amro.

I went onto the threat log and found the details of the problem yesterday where
it said a Trojan Horse had attempted to get onto the computer and had been
quarantined and then deleted. I did copy it and still couldn't find the
message. This had kept popping up every minute or so when Iwas in Outlook
Express. Well, I looked again and it gave the date as today and that details
had been sent to Esset. So whatever I did seemed to work though I don't know
how but the message has stopped popping up.

The wonders of computers!

Thanks to you both. And to NOD32 of course for protection! (smile).

Best wishes,

Joan.

  Hi Joan,

Try looking in the Nod32 log files. Open the Nod32 window and arrow down to
Logs, then right arrow to expand that list. The message is likely to be in the
Threat Log, if not try the other too. To get to the Threat Log list of
messages, use Control Tap. Now arrow down until you find the message you're
looking for. You can copy that message too by Tapping once to get to the Copy
button...

  HTH,
  Amro

    Hi, Folks,

I got a message this morning that suspicious files were trying to download
and I blocked them.

Now I keep getting a message from NOD32 that some of the suspicious files
have not been cleared for analysis and I've to click on the message to open the
window. I can't find this message, even by using the Jaws cursor. It is only
ever read out and then I think disappears. I've tried left mouse button, enter
and spacebar but honestly I don't know where the message is or how to get to it.

    Anyone any ideas please?

    Best wishes,

    Joan.
