Well James, forgive the laugh, LOL, but no more than 4-5% of the blind
population read Braille. Im one of the fortunate one's who can, but rarely
does.
People often try and prevale on me to do Braille transcription, but when I make
them aware of the above fact they are usually taken aback somewhat!
