Hi George,
I followed the instructions you had given, hoping that the problem would be
solved, however, even though I can get new documents in Word XP to spell
check in UK English, whenever I paste an e-mail into MS word, and spell
check it, the dictionary used is US English rather than UK, even though I
made certain that detect language was unchecked and also pressed OK after
doing so.
This still happens even though I have restarted the PC once after the last
message I sent on this thread.
Should I have done anything with the default button after making sure the
detect language check box was unchecked?
