ah, that has happened to me!, I had selected lithuanian I think and just 
panicked for a minute. But then I thought about this logically, you know 
that on the menu bar options is going to be just before help so the menu is 
the last but one... unless there is a system menu? Then you know that 
options in the tools menu is right at the bottom.
Then it's a  question of literally playing it by ear.
If in an item you hear words with lang in then, they might be a reference to 
language, If you take the saxon root of the word language, it will be taal, 
from which we get our words tell and tale.
Pretend it's a guessing game and you will get there, I did and, believe me, 
I do not know a word of lithuanian and, even if I did, once it is anglicized 
by JAWS it would be hard to recognize when it is not your native tongue.
