FreeLists / access-uk / [access-uk] having a problem subscribing to the jaws uk list

Hello there,
I am having a big problem subscribing to the jaws uk
list with my new e-mail account.
Is there a problem with the jaws uk list or is it me?
This is the message I get below.

Subject:

What can I do to be a member of the jaws uk list.
I've been to the freelists website and that did not
work.
