[access-uk] time & date function?

hi guys,
I know I should know this but, how can I change the time &date to.
At the moment, when i ask, it says.
01 April 2008
Can I change this to:
name of day, Month, year?
I also think it is running in the 24 hour clock function. I'd like to change
this as well if possible,
