[access-uk] view by descending date in my computer

Hi all.
I have recently changed computers. On my old computer I had a file of reports
with the most recent at the top and the oldest at the bottom. I know you can
go to view, arrange icons and select arrange by last modified but how do I then
reverse the order in which the files are listed to descending rather than
ascending?
