John and others grappling with call centre style 0845 menus...... it can 
sometimes be worth pressing zero to speak to a real person - wonder if it 
works with the Post Office?

I'm pretty sure there's a web site that gives you survival skills in dealing 
with call centres, but I can't remember where it is. Any ideas?
