Actually the reason they ask about weight is because if
a bag (or parcel) of braille books weighed more than 7 kilograms, the free
post articles for blind doesn't apply.
Anyway, try doing as I do. If they ask you about weight just say:
"sorry i have no idea, but not very heavy"
As long as each bag is under 7 kilograms you be ok.
