FreeLists / access-uk / [access-uk] library book problem

Hi list,
I understand the telephone numbers have all changed now with regards 
for braille library book pick up.
We used to phone Garforth who sent the post office van round to get the books.
Now there is an 0845 number with lots of menus.
I eventually got to talk to someone who promised that the manager 
would ring us regarding this problem and of course nobody has telephoned us.
I wonder if anyone is also having the same problems.
