[access-uk] Accessability comments on Pinpoint on-line wanted

I would like to ask anyone who has the time to take a look at:
http://groups.msn.com/PinpointOnline
and comment on its accessability. there is a graphical image without an
alt-tag near the top of the page, but otherwise it doesn't seem to bad. The
guy I'm posting on behalf of isn't a website designer/writer in the techy
sense, but would like to keep the facility on-line if its accessable enough.
I've never heard of Microsoft Communities which this site is hosted by, so any
comments there too would be interesting. If its simply a simple way for
ordinary folks to put up a site, is there an alternative which is particularly
hot from the access angle?
Thanks.
Ray
