Hi Carol,
The two choices on the Tesco log out are sign out and remember me, which I 
take to mean that you wouldn't have to log in again as they would know who 
you were through a cookie, and sign out completely which means that you log 
in each time.  I always choose the sign out completely option as I prefer to 
log out completely from these sites.
