Frankly, Andy, I'd be looking for Router/Modems which work
with both XP AND Vista. You may not need Vista now, but at
least you will know they are as up to date as possible.

So, is this to say that going for the more expensive 2005
model would be
best? There doesn't seem to be anything more up-to-date than
that; Netgear
have given links on their site to download drivers for all
of their models
to be compliant with Vista -
