[access-uk] E-Petition for talking books.
- From: Léonie Watson <tink@xxxxxxxxxx>

Good evening,
If you have a moment spare, could I trouble you to put your
signatures to this e-Petition? It asks the Prime Minister to actively
encourage publishing houses to produce audio versions of their books.
http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Talking-Books/
When you sign the e-petition, you'll receive an email which contains
a link. Follow the link to confirm your inclusion on the petition.
The RNIB estimate that only 5% of books published in the UK each
year are made into accessible versions. Please help improve this awful =
state
of affairs!
If you could sign the petition and pass on this email, it will help
raise the profile on this issue even more. Thank you.
Regards,
L=E9onie.
