[access-uk] Repeat of Email Problem.

I am still having problems where my emails are saying "collapsed" or sometimes 
"expanded" and I can't find the solution and disappointingly:  nobody has 
replied to this.
Surely someone knows what I should do.  I've looked through the options of 
Outlook Express but anything I've altered there has made no difference at all.
