Hi Mark
Tried that but it didn't work. Here's a link to an example of one of
these

Barry, if it's a background sound playing then hitting escape will often
shut it up and allow you to navigate normally through the page.

Subject: [access-uk] Sounds on web pages
How can I stop music playing when I go to web pages? I don't want to
perminently turn off the sounds, I just want to have the option to stop
them
once they start.
Using jfw5.1, XP pro and, I think, IE6.
Thanks in advance
Barry H
