Owned by Dixon's probably the UK's worse retailer so no surprise to most of 
us.

My local PC World sold me a cable I could have  bought for less than half 
that price in Maplins that didn't do the job I needed it for. When I 
returned it although I had the PC World receipt in my hand they denied I had 
bought it from them. The manager was dragged out of his office to come and 
sort it out. "As a gesture of goodwill we'll refund what you paid for it" 
Was his response. I have _never been in there since.
