[access-uk] urgent help with logging onto windows XP

Hi,
I have just installed internet security 2005 onto our windows XP home
computer. I did the first scan with Norton and Norton found some problems
which I told the computer to delete. now, when I try to log onto windows,
Jaws 4.5 asks me to type in my password. However, when I do, instead of
logging on, it logs off. then about a second later, it asks for my password
again to log on, when I provide it the computer logs off again.
It continues like this round and round, it is as if the computer is stuck in
a loop. there is no way to get into windows and nothing works apart from
jaws. I think it's not even loading everything because jaws asks for my
password really quickly. please can you help as I am desperate, I have never
experienced this problem before.
Thanks, Husna
