[access-uk] patch for Nebula Digi TV application

Just to let people know that there is a new patch available on the Nebula
Electronics web site to take the Digi TV application up to version 3.7.06
rather than 05. This is to correct a problem where the current day's
programs are showing in the EPG as the following day's programs which makes
recording impossible. I discovered this when I wanted to record some
programs on BBC7 this week and found I could not do it unless I did so
manually.
This patch definitely corrects that problem.
