FreeLists / access-uk / [access-uk] Send to

If I have an item highlighted and go to the send to menu using the applications 
key, if I choose mail recipient and press enter, this used to open my  e-mail 
client which happens to be ouplook express.  My problem is, that this no longer 
happens and I am just placed back in the list of items.  What do I need to do 
in order    to correct this?
