I have recently signed up with Audible.co.uk and have received my fre Ipod. I
have inserted the supplied CD and got as far as accepting the licence. However,
I am then asked to insert the 11-character serial number of the ipod. The
problem I am having is that the only thing I can do from this screen is go back
to the licence acceptance or cancel the Ipod installation altogether. The Next
button is disabled and no characters are accepted. What do I do?
