[24hoursupport] what is the best free anti-virus?

I use AVG Free Edition, and have been hearing that it hasn't been
working that well for others. Is there one that would be better, that
is still free?
I am also using the firewall: zonealarm free version, and have heard
that kerio might be a better choice.
Is this true?
