[24hoursupport] Extraction Wizard

I cannot locate the extraction wizard file on my hard drive. I have a
compressed file but the icon is MSWord. I have tried to 1) change the icon to a
zipped file but can't locate the image, 2) right-clicked to open with but can't
find the extraction program, 3) rename the file to a zip file but it is still
appending the .doc file.
