[24hoursupport] RingTone software

I recently purchased an MP3 enabled (RingTones) phone... the Nokia 3650. A
friend told me about a piece of software named RingTone Ripper he heard about.
It is supposed to rip MP3 RingTones (20 seconds) from any MP3 file or CD audio.
Has anyone tried this software? Does anyone know of other software that does
this?
