[24hoursupport] What's wrong?

Hi guys..
I need your help. Actually, my friend need your help.
He uses Outlook Express, then several days ago he received emails from
mailing lists. There are several emails that can't be deleted or moved. Even
emails from the same domain as his (same office) can't be deleted.
What possibly could be wrong?
