[24hoursupport] Window;s Installer

I'm trying to install Turbo Lister, ebay said I probably needed to =
install "WindowsInstaller", when I tried it say "oops you all ready have =
that", but the error message (1720) says there is a windows installer =
file missing, should I uninstall the original and try to down load the =
new one?? I had Turbo Lister on my puter and it wouldn't up load so I =
had to uninstall it, now I can't get it to go back in(Win98)
