In Firefox, under Tools / Options click on Privacy. In there, click the
plus next to Cookies. You should have a check in the box to enable cookies
and right under that you should check the box "for this site only". I think
that is the same as blocking tracking cookies in IE. That should stop the
type of cookies that spybot or ad-aware would detect.

The only cookies Spybot S&D found today were prefixed by mozilla, but there
were quite a few. I see Firefox is by Mozilla. Should I worry about these? I
deleted them, but I'm sure they'll be back regularly.
