Yawei,
You need the stop code for this as well in order to narrow down the possible
causes. It is located at the top left corner of the blue screen. See the
below article.

Hello,
Yesterday I found that it became very slow when I log on my computer (win2k
+ sp4). When the Norton was scanning my computer, it shows blue screen
suddenly. It showed that "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED".Then it began dump
physial memory and shut down.
Can you help me?
