[24hoursupport] Spybot Lockup

I am having problems with the upgrade of 1.2. I have
been using 1.1 and its been working ok. What happens
is it goes about halfway and stops won't go any
futher. You can fix problems but the screen will not
leave unless you log off the computer. I'm lost.
