[24hoursupport] PCI - ISA Q in rebuild

I am rebuilding and need to know if I can use a PCI bus motherboard and the ISA
bus Ethernet card.
Also whether the PCI VGA Palette Snoop has to do with anything besides VGA. I
don't know what MPEG ISA cards are so I don't know whether to turn it on for
the ISA NIC or not.
