[24hoursupport] Protecting compressed file with a Password WinXP

I've just discovered that I can create a zip file using winXp Compression
future.
I also now how to protect my files with a password.
What I don't understand is.
If I add a password to a compressed zip file, Anyone can open it, And anyone
can deled the folder or files.
