If you want to try Linux go with the Mandrake 9.1. It still has a few bugs, but
it impressed me a
few steps ahead of the 'free' Linuxs.
If you have some spare cash then go for the latest Suse, from all accounts it
marks a maturity in
the OS. As of now I'm saving my pennies.
