Subject: printer: no yellow
Just put new color cartridge and also new black cartridge in
HewlettPackard DeskJet 890C and I get no yellow; all other primary
colors are fine...anything that depends on yellow is not right.
Have gone through all troubleshooting techniques recommended in help
that come with printer...cleaned & alligned cartridges, primed at at all
three levels ...all with no results....what next?
