Subject: [24hrsupporthelpdesk] Windows Protection Error

Hi everyone

Have just done clean install for a friend who was getting problems
on his windows 98 machine.

I have f-disk'd and formatted this machine twice now - and it seems
to run ok and then starts giving Windows Protection Error messages -
during post boot up - prompting to restart machine - the same
message my friend was getting in the first place.

I am using no unusual software other than what I always use on all
builds.

Could this be hardware related? - and has anyone any ideas on a
solution
Many thanks

Vince
