[24hoursupport] blue screen

Hi, I don't know if anyone can help, but I got a blue screen that said
"fatal exception OE occurred at
0028:C02A0948 in VXD VWIN32(05) +000012D0
This was while going from MailWasher to activating my Netscape browser.
I clicked on any key and it went away with no further problems. I think
this has happened the say way before, but didn't write down specifics
before. But does anyone have any idea what this error mssg means?
