    Some places to check: The startup folder 
(in c:\windows\startmenu\programs\startup) on this computer,
the autoexec.bat file, if you have one,
and some of the ".ini" files. 
If you don't see what's causing it in some of these,
perhaps others have suggestions, also. Gary
