I am doing quite nicely with the All-In-Wonder Radeon
7500 with Win98SE, 1.4 GHz AMD, with 512 SDRAM.
I play DVDs on my TV using the computer DVD player
with the Video-L-R outputs/inputs, and I can cap
videos froms my VCR as MPGs, AVIs, or WMV.
As I write this, I am capping the last episode of VOYAGER
for some people who wanted to see it. (I'll post it to Usenet
in segments, where they can download it.)
